1. Overnight Pet Sitter: KSR Pet Care is looking for overnight sitters available between the hours of 5:00 PM until the following morning 7:30 AM. Also, available during Holiday periods. Flexibility and ethics are key. This position works well for regular day job workers who seek extra income. You must be the kind of person who does not mind sleeping in another bed or a comfortable couch and can make arrangements for personal pets, if any. Your own pets (or other people) cannot stay at the client's house. Only apply if you are available and eligible for this job year-round! No students.
 

2. Dogwalker/Pet sitter: KSR Pet Care is looking for part-time dog walkers, pet sitters and overnight-in-home care (5:30pm-8:00 am) sitters who work as independent contractors.  You must be available Monday through Friday 10 AM-3:00 PM to be eligible.
 

Applicants must have the following qualities or skills to be eligible:
  • Live inside our service area-- 22101, 22102,22043, 22046, 22044, 22205 and 22207
  • Be able to commit to at least 6 months of employment
  • Have a passion for but also an understanding of cat and/or dog behavior; other small animals are a plus!
  • Eager to learn and to please
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or work equivalent and be at least 18 years old
  • To be flexible with time and okay with last minute (day before) requests
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • To work rain or shine
  • Completely fluent with English speaking, writing skills
  • Have a reliable, insured vehicle, cell phone, e-mail & internet account
  • Highly communicative and responsive = is on email and cell phone several times daily and eager to leave notes and talk to clients
